The Assessment of Physiotherapy Practice (APP) is a valid and reliable instrument for the workplace based assessment of professional practice of physiotherapy students. It is now used nationally to assess the performance of physiotherapy students on practice placements.

Queensland Physiotherapy Placement Collaborative
The Queensland Physiotherapy Placement Collaborative was established in 2008. It is a collaboration between Tertiary Education Institutions and Placement Providers. It has developed and implemented the Central Allocation Process in Queensland for Physiotherapy students. Thus, a central body coordinates and arranges all physiotherapy student placements throughout Queensland. Queensland Physiotherapy Clinical Educators Network (QPCEN)
There is a statewide network for Physiotherapy Clinical Educators.
